- skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 4 teaspoons butter
- Parsley garnish optional
- Lemon slices optional
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine lemon juice, lemon-pepper seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then rub the lemon mixture evenly over the chicken.
- Place the seasoned chicken in a baking dish. Dot with butter on top of each breast.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
