4 haddock fillets

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a shallow dish, combine the milk and salt.
- Dip each haddock fillet into the milk mixture, allowing excess to drip off.
- In another bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and thyme.
- Coat each fillet in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place the coated fillets in a greased baking dish and drizzle melted butter over the top.
