Description

Baked Feta Pasta is a delightful dish that combines creamy feta cheese and sweet cherry tomatoes, creating a simple yet flavorful meal that’s perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce package) Feta Cheese
  • 1 quart Whole Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Black Pepper
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • minced
  • 8 ounces Dried Pasta
  • ¼ cup Fresh Oregano
  • Optional: Fresh Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine the cherry tomatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, and a pinch of black pepper. Toss well to coat.
  3. Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the tomatoes and drizzle with additional olive oil if desired.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, until the feta is soft and slightly golden.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  6. Once the feta and tomatoes are done baking, remove from the oven and stir until creamy.
  7. Mix in the cooked pasta and fresh oregano until well combined.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For an extra flavor boost, you can add red pepper flakes or other herbs of your choice.
