1 teaspoon Diamond Crystal kosher salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon ground cumin

¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, and cayenne pepper.
  • Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
  • Place the seasoned chicken thighs in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
