- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 medium apple
- sliced
- 1 cup organic chicken stock
- ½ cup raw honey
- 2 Tbsps dijon mustard
- 1 medium apple

- ¼ cup organic chicken stock
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, On Everything All-Purpose Blend, smoked paprika, sea salt, ground cumin, and ground cinnamon.
- Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the seasoning mixture.
- Place the coated chicken breasts in a baking dish and arrange the apple slices around them.
- Pour the chicken stock over the chicken and apples.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the raw honey, dijon mustard, sliced apple, and chicken stock to make the glaze.
- Drizzle the glaze over the chicken breasts.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

For a quicker cooking time, consider using boneless chicken breasts. Different apple varieties can greatly impact the flavor; sweet apples like Honeycrisp work well for this dish.
