Ingredients

- 1/2 cup of chopped celery
- 1/2 cup of grapes

Instructions
- Core and chop the apples into bite-sized pieces, leaving the skin on for added texture.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped apples, celery, and halved grapes.
- Toast the walnuts or pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant, then add to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt (or mayonnaise), lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
