Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup of grapes

  • 1/4 cup of walnuts or pecans

  • 1/4 cup of yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Core and chop the apples into bite-sized pieces, leaving the skin on for added texture.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped apples, celery, and halved grapes.
  3. Toast the walnuts or pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant, then add to the bowl.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt (or mayonnaise), lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently until everything is well coated.
