Instructions

- Peel, core, and slice the apples, then mix them with cinnamon and brown sugar in a bowl.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, add the apple mixture, and cook for about 5 minutes until softened.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and place it in a pie dish.
