- 3–4 tbsp water as needed
- 1 slice of bread toasted
- 3–4 tbsp plain yogurt

Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine diced apples, cinnamon, lemon juice, and water. Cook over medium heat until apples are tender and the mixture is syrupy.
- Toast the slice of bread until golden brown. Spread plain yogurt over the toasted bread.
- Top the yogurt with the cinnamon apples, then drizzle almond butter on top.

You can adjust the sweetness by adding a bit of honey to the cinnamon apple mixture if desired.
