Description

These Apple Pie Enchiladas are a delightful fusion of classic apple pie and enchiladas, delivering a sweet and comforting dessert that’s easy to make and hard to resist.


Ingredients

  • Homemade Apple Pie Filling or 1 21 ounce can apple pie filling
  • 6 8 inch flour tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and water until combined.
  3. Add the apple pie filling and mix well.
  4. Spoon a portion of the apple mixture onto each tortilla, roll them up, and placed them seam side down in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour the remaining apple mixture over the top of the enchiladas.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the tortillas are golden and crispy.
  7. Serve warm, drizzled with additional sauce or ice cream if desired.
