- Homemade Apple Pie Filling or 1 21 ounce can apple pie filling
- 6 8 inch flour tortillas
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and water until combined.
- Add the apple pie filling and mix well.
- Spoon a portion of the apple mixture onto each tortilla, roll them up, and placed them seam side down in a greased baking dish.
- Pour the remaining apple mixture over the top of the enchiladas.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the tortillas are golden and crispy.
- Serve warm, drizzled with additional sauce or ice cream if desired.
Notes
For an extra touch, serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream on the side.
