- Homemade Apple Pie Filling or 1 21 ounce can apple pie filling
- 6 8 inch flour tortillas
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the white sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon, cooking until the sugars dissolve.
- Add the water to the mixture and bring it to a simmer.
- Spread a thin layer of the apple pie filling onto each tortilla and roll them up tightly.
- Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish and pour the butter-sugar mixture over them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm, drizzled with the remaining sauce from the baking dish.
