Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Toss until apples are well coated.
- Roll out the refrigerated pie crusts and cut them into small circles using a cookie cutter.
