- 3 cups Graham crackers crumbs
- 5.2 oz Butter melted

- 28 oz Cream cheese room temp
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 ¼ cups Granulated sugar
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 4 Eggs
- 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
- ¾ cup Flour AP
- ½ cup Oats rolled oats or quick oats will work
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ⅓ teaspoon Kosher salt
- 3.1 oz Butter melted
- ⅓ cup Brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a springform pan.
- In a saucepan, combine the apple filling ingredients over medium heat and cook until the apples soften.
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, granulated sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl and press into the bottom of the springform pan.
- For the cheesecake filling, beat the cream cheese, vanilla extract, and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust, followed by the apple filling, ensuring even distribution.
- In another bowl, mix the crumble topping ingredients until combined; sprinkle over the apple filling.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the filling is set. Let it cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For best results, allow the cheesecake to chill overnight to set properly. Serve with whipped cream for added indulgence.
