  • ⅔ cup Brown sugar

  • ½ cup Butter unsalted
  • 4 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with a little bit of water
  • 3 cups Graham crackers crumbs
  • 5.2 oz Butter melted

  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 28 oz Cream cheese room temp
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ cups Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • ¾ cup Flour AP
  • ½ cup Oats rolled oats or quick oats will work
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ⅓ teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 3.1 oz Butter melted
  • ⅓ cup Brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a springform pan.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the apple filling ingredients over medium heat and cook until the apples soften.
  3. Mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, granulated sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl and press into the bottom of the springform pan.
  4. For the cheesecake filling, beat the cream cheese, vanilla extract, and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust, followed by the apple filling, ensuring even distribution.
  6. In another bowl, mix the crumble topping ingredients until combined; sprinkle over the apple filling.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until the filling is set. Let it cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
