- 1 ½ cups apple cider
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 ounces fresh orange juice
- 1 orange sliced
- 8–10 fresh thyme sprigs
- 3–6 cinnamon sticks
- 2 apples diced
- 2–4 Tablespoons Bourbon optional
- but recommended
- 1 bottle Prosecco
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the apple cider, lemon juice, and orange juice.
- Add the sliced orange, thyme sprigs, and cinnamon sticks to the mixture.
- Stir in the diced apples and bourbon if using, and mix well.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Before serving, pour in the chilled Prosecco and stir gently.
- Serve in glasses garnished with additional thyme or apple slices as desired.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the amount of bourbon to your taste, or omit it for a non-alcoholic version.
