- ¾ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ cup (120 g) apple butter
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
- Add lemon juice and apple butter; fold until evenly combined.
- Pour the filling over the crust and spread it evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
