  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • sifted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine chopped apples with light brown sugar, cinnamon, and ginger. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the egg, granulated sugar, vegetable oil, sour cream, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in the apple mixture gently into the batter.
