Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the potatoes thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
  3. Toss the potato slices in a bowl with cooking spray and salt until evenly coated.
  4. Place the potato slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overlapping.
  5. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, flipping the potato chips halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let cool before serving.
