- 2 large potatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cooking spray
Instructions
- Wash and slice the potatoes thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- Toss the potato slices in a bowl with cooking spray and salt until evenly coated.
- Place the potato slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overlapping.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, flipping the potato chips halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding your favorite spices or seasoning blends to the potatoes before air frying.
