Air Fryer Churro Bites are deliciously crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfectly coated in cinnamon sugar, making them an irresistible treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup of ordinary flour
- 1 cup of water
- 1/3 cup and 1 tablespoon of butter without salt
- 1 tsp. of salt
- two tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 big egg
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water, butter, and salt over medium heat until boiling.
- Add the flour to the boiling mixture and stir until a dough forms.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Then stir in the egg, sugar, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Transfer the dough to a piping bag and pipe small bite-sized pieces onto parchment paper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and place the churro bites in a single layer in the basket.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- In a separate bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar, then coat the churro bites while they’re still warm.

Notes
Make sure to let the dough cool slightly before adding the egg to avoid cooking it. Adjust the cinnamon sugar coating to your taste preference.
