  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar until well mixed. Press this mixture into the base of a 7-inch springform pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in the 2/3 cup sugar, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, and dash of salt until combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition. Lastly, fold in the sour cream until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the cheesecake filling over the graham cracker crust in the springform pan.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 300°F. Once preheated, carefully insert the springform pan and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the center is set and slightly jiggly.
  6. Remove the cheesecake from the air fryer and let it cool completely before chilling in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  7. Serve chilled, with a dollop of whipped cream if desired.
