Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the russet potatoes thoroughly. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- Pierce each potato several times with a fork. Rub the potatoes with oil, then sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Air fry the potatoes for 30 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.
- Once cooked, check that a fork easily pierces the potatoes. If necessary, add additional cooking time.
- Remove the potatoes from the air fryer, let them cool slightly, and serve.
