- 3 teaspoons apple pie spice
- 1 can (8-count) Pillsbury Grand biscuits

- 1 cup (243 g) apple pie filling

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup (1 stick / 113 g) unsalted butter
- melted
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix the granulated sugar, apple pie spice, and cinnamon.
- Take each biscuit from the can and flatten it out on a clean surface.
- Place a spoonful of the apple pie filling in the center of each flattened biscuit.
- Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch the edges together to seal.
- Brush each biscuit bomb with melted butter and coat with the sugar mixture.
- Place the bombs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.
- Air fry for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
