1 (5.3 ounce) package garlic and fine herbs spreadable cheese such as Boursin® at room temperature
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon zest
salt to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the goat cheese and Boursin cheese until well blended.
- Add the extra-virgin olive oil, lemon zest, and salt to taste.
- Continue mixing until the dip is smooth and creamy.
