Ingredients
1/4 cup Soyaki
3/4 bottle Thai-style red curry sauce
1 cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 C. Water
20 frozen potstickers
Fresh cilantro
chopped
Green onions
thinly sliced
A spoonful of Crunchy Chili Onion or chili crisp
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine Soyaki, Thai-style red curry sauce, coconut milk, minced garlic, and water, stirring until well blended.
- Place the frozen potstickers in a baking dish and pour the sauce mixture evenly over them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potstickers are heated through and the sauce is bubbling.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro, sliced green onions, and a spoonful of Crunchy Chili Onion or chili crisp before serving.
Notes
For a spicier kick, adjust the amount of Crunchy Chili Onion or chili crisp to your taste. Serve with additional soy sauce on the side if desired.
