1 can Coconut Milk Shake well before measuring
1 to taste Chili Pepper Or Red Pepper Flakes
1 tablespoon Cooking Oil Dairy-free option like olive or coconut oil
1 clove Garlic Minced
1/2 medium Onion Chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat the cooking oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until soft and fragrant.
- Pour in the coconut milk and stir in the chili pepper or red pepper flakes to taste. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Place the grouper fillets in a baking dish. Pour the coconut sauce over the fish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
