Description

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef 80/20 or 85/15

6 soft tortillas around 6 inches wide

Salt and pepper or your favorite burger seasoning

6 slices of American cheese

2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce

¼ cup diced onion

12 to 18 dill pickle slices

1 cup mayonnaise

¼ cup sweet relish

1 tablespoon mustard

1 teaspoon vinegar

2 teaspoons sugar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon salt


Instructions

  • Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium heat.
  • Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, or your favorite seasoning, then form it into burger patties.
  • Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  • In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of American cheese on each patty and cover until melted.
  • While the burgers are cooking, prepare the creamy burger sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet relish, mustard, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, paprika, and salt in a bowl.
  • Warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave until pliable.
  • To assemble, place a burger patty on each tortilla, followed by shredded lettuce, diced onion, dill pickle slices, and a drizzle of the burger sauce.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly to encase the filling.
