1 bag (30 oz) frozen tater tots
6 large eggs
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add the cooked sausage and half of the shredded cheddar cheese to the egg mixture, stirring to combine.
- In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spread the frozen tater tots evenly on the bottom.
- Pour the sausage and egg mixture over the tater tots, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
