1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 (16 ounce) package frozen tater tots
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Layer the frozen tater tots on top of the beef mixture.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the tater tots.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
