Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 onion chopped
salt and pepper to taste
½ (32 ounce) package tater tots
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
½ cup milk
1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture, condensed cream of mushroom soup, and milk; mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish. Layer the tater tots on top.
- Sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese over the tater tots.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving and enjoy!
