1 packet active dry yeast
1 small spoon salt

4 cloves garlic minced

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the warm water and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
- Add the flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough begins to form.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- In the meantime, prepare the filling by mixing together the minced garlic, chopped herbs, and shredded cheese in a bowl.
- Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface into a rectangle about ½ inch thick.
- Spread the garlic herb and cheese filling evenly over the rolled-out dough.
- Starting from one end, carefully roll the dough into a log shape and pinch the seams to seal.
- Place the rolled dough into a greased loaf pan, cover it, and let it rise again for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and bake the bread for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before slicing.
