3 ripe bananas (mashed)

1 1/2 cups flour (all-purpose)
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup chocolate chips (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle the topping chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Make sure your bananas are very ripe for the best flavor and moisture. This banana bread is also great for freezing!
