Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Crush the Golden Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add strawberry gelatin to the cream cheese mixture and blend until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, then let it cool completely at room temperature.
- Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Before serving, topping with crushed freeze-dried strawberries for added crunch.
