1 large egg

1 tbsp cold water


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into heart shapes using a cookie cutter.
  • In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese, white sugar, vanilla extract, and optional red food coloring until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the diced strawberries into the cream cheese mixture.
