2 tbsp white sugar

Red food colouring (optional)
1/2 cup diced strawberries
1 large egg
1 tbsp cold water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into heart shapes using a cookie cutter.
- In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese, white sugar, vanilla extract, and optional red food coloring until smooth.
- Gently fold in the diced strawberries into the cream cheese mixture.
