Ingredients
1 cup / 120g vanilla protein powder
¾ cup / 70g oat flour (or finely ground oats)
4 oz / 113g cream cheese
softened
3 tbsp / 45g Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
2 tbsp / 30ml honey or maple syrup
¼ cup / 10g freeze-dried strawberries
crushed
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the vanilla protein powder and oat flour.
- Add the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until all ingredients are combined and form a dough.
- Scoop out small portions of the dough and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- Place the balls on a lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
