These Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Balls are a delicious, healthy treat packed with flavor and protein, making them perfect for a quick snack or dessert.
Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries
1/4 tsp salt
4 oz light cream cheese
2–3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1–2 tbsp almond milk
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, freeze-dried strawberries, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk until smooth and well-combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined. Adjust the consistency with additional almond milk if needed.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and roll them in additional crushed freeze-dried strawberries for coating.
- Place the protein balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
These protein balls can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Feel free to adjust the sweetness with more or less maple syrup or honey.
