Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup vanilla protein powder

1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries

1/4 tsp salt

4 oz light cream cheese

23 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

12 tbsp almond milk


Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, freeze-dried strawberries, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk until smooth and well-combined.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined. Adjust the consistency with additional almond milk if needed.
  • Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and roll them in additional crushed freeze-dried strawberries for coating.
  • Place the protein balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
