4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries
chopped
Powdered sugar for dusting
Whole strawberries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter and granulated sugar until well blended.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- Sift together flour and cocoa powder, then gradually mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
