1 cup strawberry Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons chia seeds
3/4 cup diced strawberries (fresh or frozen)
Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, milk, and strawberry Greek yogurt.
- Mix in chia seeds, diced strawberries, and optional protein powder until well combined.
- If the mixture is too thick, add the optional water to reach your desired consistency.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- Stir and serve chilled, topped with additional strawberries if desired.
