1 cup fresh strawberries
hulled and sliced

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir well to combine.
- Fold in the sliced strawberries, reserving a few for topping.
- Divide the mixture into jars or bowls, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, give the oats a good stir and top with reserved strawberries and any other desired toppings before serving.
