Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the gochujang paste, orange juice, orange zest, soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, and sesame oil to create the glaze.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush them generously with the glaze.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
- While the salmon is baking, prepare your cooked rice or quinoa and steam or prep the colorful vegetables.
- Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Assemble the bowls by placing a serving of rice or quinoa, topped with the salmon, steamed vegetables, and garnished with toasted sesame seeds.

Feel free to customize with your favorite vegetables or adjust the level of spice by varying the amount of gochujang.
