Ingredients

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, instant yeast, and salt.
- Add warm water and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients, and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Once risen, punch down the dough and divide it into small portions.
- Flatten each portion into a disc, add your desired filling, and fold the dough over the filling, sealing it well.
- Place the filled buns on a parchment-lined steamer basket and let them rest for another 15-20 minutes.
- Steam the buns over boiling water for about 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
