Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a mixing bowl, combine flour, ¼ cup sugar, and salt.
  • Add chilled butter cubes and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Stir in egg yolks and a few tablespoons of cold water until the dough comes together. Roll the dough and press it into tart pans.
