Ingredients

4 Premade flat bread or pizza Crust

3/4 cup fat free mozzarella

4 oz ham

1 bunch asparagus

4 eggs

1 scallion

2 tbsp parsley

olive oil spray

everything bagel seasoning (optional)

kosher salt


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Spray the flatbreads with olive oil spray and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Spread the mozzarella evenly over each flatbread.
  • Chop the ham and sprinkle it over the cheese.
  • Trim the asparagus and cut it into bite-sized pieces, then scatter it on top of the flatbreads.
  • Crack an egg onto each flatbread, being careful not to break the yolk.
  • Finely chop the scallion and parsley, and sprinkle them over the toppings.
  • Season with kosher salt and everything bagel seasoning if desired.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until the eggs are set and the flatbreads are golden.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
