Ingredients

4 Premade flat bread or pizza Crust
3/4 cup fat free mozzarella
4 oz ham
1 bunch asparagus
4 eggs
1 scallion
2 tbsp parsley
olive oil spray
everything bagel seasoning (optional)
kosher salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spray the flatbreads with olive oil spray and place them on a baking sheet.
- Spread the mozzarella evenly over each flatbread.
- Chop the ham and sprinkle it over the cheese.
- Trim the asparagus and cut it into bite-sized pieces, then scatter it on top of the flatbreads.
- Crack an egg onto each flatbread, being careful not to break the yolk.
- Finely chop the scallion and parsley, and sprinkle them over the toppings.
- Season with kosher salt and everything bagel seasoning if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until the eggs are set and the flatbreads are golden.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
Notes
Feel free to substitute the ham with other proteins or add more vegetables for a personalized touch.
