Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the spinach-artichoke mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling to create swirls and seal them well.
- Arrange the swirls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
