water to moisten rice paddle
5.29 oz canned tuna in oil
2 tablespoons mayonnaise

- In a bowl, mix the canned tuna, mayonnaise, and sriracha to create the spicy tuna filling.
- Moisten a rice paddle with water and take a handful of rice, adding salt and mixing well.
- Form a ball with the rice, making an indentation in the center for the tuna filling.

- Wrap each onigiri with a strip of nori and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
- Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap for later enjoyment.
Notes
For fresh rice, use about 1 cup of uncooked short grain rice which typically yields about 3 cups when cooked. Adjust spice levels in the tuna filling to your preference.
