1 avocado

1 tablespoon furikake seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then cook it with the specified amount of water according to package instructions.
  • While the rice is cooking, prepare the salmon by cutting it into small cubes.
  • In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
  • Once the rice is cooked, spread it evenly in a baking dish, then top it with the cubed salmon.
  • Drizzle the spicy mayo mixture over the salmon and rice.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flaky.
  • Remove from oven and let cool slightly, then top with avocado slices and chopped green onions.

Notes
