4 ripe mangoes (peeled and diced)
1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust based on sweetness of mangoes)
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon lime zest
1/2 teaspoon chili powder (adjust to taste)

Instructions
- In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, granulated sugar, water, lime juice, lime zest, chili powder, and salt.
- Blend until smooth, and taste to adjust the sweetness and spice levels if necessary.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or an ice cream maker.
- If using a shallow dish, place it in the freezer and stir every 30 minutes until fully frozen, about 3-4 hours.
- If using an ice cream maker, churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency, then transfer to a container and freeze until firm, about 1-2 hours.
Notes
For a creamier texture, you can add a splash of coconut milk into the blender. Adjust the chili powder based on your heat preference.
