Ingredients
400g / 1 ½ cups Chickpeas
canned
drained and rinsed
2 medium Avocados
pitted and mashed
½ medium Red Onion
finely diced
1 medium Bell Pepper
finely diced
1 small Jalapeño
seeded and minced
2 tbsp Lime Juice
freshly squeezed
1 tsp Chili Powder
½ tsp Cumin
½ tsp Smoked Paprika
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
4 large Tortillas
Fresh Cilantro
Hot Sauce
Shredded Lettuce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, mashed avocados, red onion, bell pepper, jalapeño, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
