1/4 cup organic extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup warm
filtered water
1 2/3 cup organic all purpose flour
1/2 tsp fine sea salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sourdough starter discard, olive oil, and warm water, stirring until well blended.
- Add the flour and sea salt to the mixture, stirring until a dough begins to form.
- Knead the dough gently on a floured surface for a few minutes until smooth, then let it rest covered with a cloth for about 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into equal balls, then roll each ball out into thin circles.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each tortilla for about 1 minute on each side or until lightly browned and cooked through.
- Stack cooked tortillas and keep them warm until ready to serve.
