Instructions

- In a large bowl, combine the sourdough discard, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the olive oil and mix until a dough forms.
- Fold in the shredded cheese until evenly distributed.

- Cut the dough into strips and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
