Description

Snickers Salad is a deliciously sweet and creamy dessert that combines apples, Snickers bars, and a fluffy pudding mixture, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

3.4 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix

¾ cup whole milk

8 ounces Cool Whip or 1 cup heavy whipping cream

beat to stiff peaks

6 Granny Smith apples divided

reserve 1 for garnish

6 Snickers bars full size bars

divided

reserve 1 for garnish

¼ cup caramel sauce optional


Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and whole milk until well combined.
  • Fold the Cool Whip (or whipped cream) into the pudding mixture until smooth.
  • Chop 5 of the Granny Smith apples and 5 Snickers bars into bite-sized pieces and gently fold them into the pudding mixture.
  • If desired, drizzle in the caramel sauce and fold until combined.
  • Transfer the salad to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Before serving, garnish with the reserved apple and Snickers, and additional caramel sauce if desired.

Notes

For an extra crunch, consider adding chopped nuts. Adjust the sweetness with more or less caramel sauce to your liking.
