A fun, no-bake dessert that turns classic s’mores into sushi-style rolls. Chewy Rice Krispies, gooey marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers combine for a playful, indulgent treat. Perfect for parties, family gatherings, or a whimsical dessert activity.
Ingredients
Base Layer (Rice Substitute):
3 cups Rice Krispies cereal (or puffed rice)
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 package (10 oz) mini marshmallows
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Filling Ingredients:
1 cup chocolate chips or mini chocolate chunks
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
Optional: Sliced strawberries or banana for fruity variation
Topping & Decoration:
1/4 cup chocolate sauce or melted chocolate
2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers
1 tablespoon powdered sugar (optional)

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Rice Base
Melt butter and mini marshmallows in a large saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract.
Fold in Rice Krispies until evenly coated. Press onto a lightly greased baking sheet into a 1/2-inch thick rectangle. Let cool slightly.
Step 2: Layer the Filling
Sprinkle chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers evenly over the cooled base.
Optional: Add sliced fruit. Leave 1/2 inch at the top edge free for rolling.
Step 3: Roll the Sushi
Lift the rectangle edge and roll over the filling using a bamboo mat or parchment paper. Press gently to secure.
Place seam side down and chill 15–20 minutes.
Step 4: Slice the Rolls
Using a sharp knife, cut into 1-inch pieces. Wipe knife with a warm, damp towel between slices.
Step 5: Decorate & Serve
Drizzle chocolate over the rolls.
Sprinkle crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, or sprinkles for a festive touch.
Notes
Chill rolls before slicing for cleaner cuts.
Lightly grease hands or spatula to prevent sticking.
