1 (16 ounce) package fudge brownie mix (such as Betty Crocker®)
½ cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
3 tablespoons water
6 graham crackers
1 ½ cups miniature marshmallows
8 (1.5 ounce) bars milk chocolate
coarsely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the brownie mix package.
- In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water; mix until well combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into a greased baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake the brownies according to the package instructions until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Remove from the oven and immediately place broken graham crackers over the hot brownies.
- Sprinkle the miniature marshmallows on top of the graham crackers, then add the coarsely chopped milk chocolate bars.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden and the chocolate is melted.
- Let cool before slicing into squares and serving.
